Commercial Revitalization Program
New Belair Road Study
In March 2011, the Urban Land Institute partnered with the City of Baltimore and Baltimore County to convene 11 volunteer expert panelists to recommend a comprehensive, yet strategic, approach to positioning Belair Road to continue to appeal to the surrounding neighborhoods and thrive in the 21 century. The report, Revitalizing the Belair Road Corridor (PDF), is the result of that workshop.
