Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee
The Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee (PBAC) was established by the County Council to oversee a comprehensive program for improving the County's roads for pedestrian and bicycle use. Section 3-3-22 (PDF) of the Baltimore County Code describes the duties of the committee.
All committee meetings are open to the public. Meetings are scheduled quarterly, with additional meetings held as needed.
The committee is composed of eleven voting members who are citizens appointed by County Council representatives and the County Executive. Six non-voting members are appointed by County agency directors to serve as technical advisors.
