- the sale of real property no longer needed by the county.
- road closings (PDF), petitions, and hearings.
- the sale of real property by auction or negotiation.
- the procedure for the granting of franchises in county roads.
- maintaining the county land inventory.
The property which is purchased or sold may be in fee simple or an easement/right-of-way.
