Q. How can I get a Landscape Manual?

A. The Landscape Manual (PDF), which regulates landscape requirements for all new development, can be purchased at Development Plans Review, County Office Building, Room 119, or it can be mailed to you. Call 410-887-3751 for more information.

Q. I plan to develop a piece of property and would like to know, for example, how do I get sewer and water to the site? Will the road need to be widened? Will the curb and gutter need to be provided?
