The Baltimore County Department of Permits and Development publishes downloadable forms (PDF) and building code / construction information (PDF) used in the permit process. Applications for Building Permits may be applied for in person in Room 100, located in the County Office Building, 111 West Chesapeake Avenue, Towson, MD 21204.
