The Electrical Board
The Electrical Board is established by the Baltimore County Code, Section 3-3-801, to advise the Director of the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections regarding the administration of the Electrical regulations set forth in Section 110.5 of the Baltimore County Code and to issue and regulate licenses required to practice electrical wiring in Baltimore County.
The Baltimore County Electrical Board consist of five members:
- County Fire Prevention Bureau Chief
- Donald Brand, Building Engineer
- Gary Bowen, Attorney
- James Correl, Chairman - Master Electrician
- Robert Roby, Secretary - Master Electrician
