Waiver Request of Development Plan Requirements and Hearing Officer's Hearings

Baltimore County Code, Section 32-4-107(b), provides that the Director of the Department of Permits and Development Management (PDM) may waive the development plan requirements and Hearing Officer's Hearing requirement under certain conditions.

Property is 16.7 +/- acres. Applicant proposes to subdivide into three parcels. Two parcels will separate the senior housing portion of the property from the single-family homes portion of the property. The third parcel corrects a boundary line error. All three parcels are subject to approval of a final re-development plan before any construction may begin.

Property is 41 +/- acres. Applicant proposes to subdivide property into two parcels of approximately 19 acres and 22 acres. The 19-acre parcel is to be sold to Baltimore County to be used in conjunction with the adjacent Sparrows Point Middle School and Sparrows Point High School. The remaining 22-acre parcel will be developed and will be required to go through the major development process.
