- proposed commercial development
- posting of security required for development processing
- street names and numbering
- processing of "minor" subdivisions
- land that has been subdivided into three or fewer lots for residential single-family dwellings
Project Managers support processing all phases of the Development Review process including: Waivers of Development Plan Requirements and Hearing Officer's Hearings - The Director of Permits and Development Management may waive development plan requirements and Hearing Officer's Hearings under certain conditions.
