Notice:  All requests for Lot Line Adjustments(LLA) will be forwarded to the Zoning Review Office for review and approval. Contact: Carl Richards by email crichards@baltimorecountymd.gov or 410-887-3391.

Development Processing coordinates county agencies' review of the following: 

  • proposed residential subdivisions
  • proposed commercial development
  • posting of security required for development processing
  • street names and numbering
  • processing of "minor" subdivisions
    - land that has been subdivided into three or fewer lots for residential single-family dwellings

Project Managers support processing all phases of the Development Review process including:

Waivers of Development Plan Requirements and Administrative Law Judge's hearings - The Director of Permits, Approvals and Inspections may waive development plan requirements and Administrative Law Judge's hearings under certain conditions. (Baltimore County Code, Section 32-4-107(b))
