***Important Notices***

  • Beginning September 8, 2009, Development Review Committee (DRC) Meetings will be held on Tuesdays at 2 p.m. The deadline remains the same.
  • Beginning September 8, 2009, Concept Plan Conferences (CPC's) will be held on Tuesday mornings.  The deadline remains the same.
  • Beginning September 14, 2009, Pre-Concept Plan Conferences (PCPC's) will be held on Mondays.

Development Processing coordinates county agencies' review of the following:  

  • proposed residential subdivisions                          
  • proposed commercial development
  • posting of security required for development processing
  • street names and numbering
  • processing of "minor" subdivisions
    - land that has been subdivided into three or fewer lots for residential single-family dwellings
     

Project Managers support processing all phases of the Development Review process including:

Waivers of Development Plan Requirements and Hearing Officer's Hearings - The Director of Permits and Development Management may waive development plan requirements and Hearing Officer's Hearings under certain conditions. (Baltimore County Code, Section 32-4-107(b))
