Right-of-Way Manual
The Right-of-Way Manual is a document containing samples of all of the various deeds that developers must use to convey property to the county. (For example: Someone has to transfer a drainage and utility easement to the county. The manual contains the standard deed for this conveyance.) A checklist must be completed and submitted with all deed packages.
***Important: If any of the required items do not accompany your Deed Submittal it will be rejected and returned.
