Bill 58-09 Development (PDF) Effective Date: August 17, 2009

Bill 58-09 requires adherence to all current laws and zoning classifications for certain residential development plans.

Adding: § 32-4-264, Baltimore County Code, 2003

Repealing: §§ 32-4-106(a)(1)(i)(2), 32-4-271(f)(2), and 32-4-273, Baltimore County Code, 2003

Bill 59-09 Electronic Control Devices (PDF) Effective Date: September 21, 2009

Bill 59-09 clarifies that county law applies to electronic control devices.

Amending: § 17-2-104, Baltimore County Code, 2003

Bill 61-09 Speed Monitoring Systems (PDF) Effective Date: October 1, 2009

Bill 61-09 authorizes the county to use and enforce citations issued by speed monitoring systems in school zones.

Bill 62-09 Recycling of Home Electronic Devices (PDF) Effective Date: October 29, 2009

Bill 62-09 requires that home electronic devices be disposed of by recycling.

Bill 64-09 Unsolicited Advertising Circulars (PDF) Effective Date: September 21, 2009

Bill 64-09 prohibits the delivery of certain unsolicited advertising circulars to any residential address in the County after December 31, 2009 unless the circular contains a certain notice.

Bill 57-09 Zoning Regulations - Warehouses (PDF) Effective Date: September 24, 2009

Bill 57-09 amends the Zoning Regulations to provide requirements for parking for warehouses located in shopping centers.

Amending: § 409.6, Baltimore County Zoning Regulations

Bill 63-09 Zoning Regulations (PDF) Effective Date: October 29, 2009

Bill 63-09 adds pigeons to a list of animals for which the Zoning Regulations require a minimum amount of acreage.
