Bill 78-09 Scrap Metal Processors (PDF) Effective Date: April 15, 2010
Bill 78-09 requires scrap metal processors to acquire a license from the county by June 1, 2010.
Adding: §§ 21-20-101 through 21-20-122 (The publisher of the County Code will be instructed to number these sections §§ 21-21-101 through 21-21-122, Baltimore County Code, 2003 because previously enacted legislation, Bill 73-09, will be renumbered to be Article 21, Title 20 of the Code.)
