If you find your location of interest is privately owned then follow the instructions below for new construction and co-location on private property. Obtain permission to use County-owned property. When you submit your request for permission, you must provide the location and parcel ID number. After you submit your inquiry, Baltimore County will contact you within 10 business days regarding the status of your inquiry. Technical Applications will be reviewed and you will be contacted within 30 days, either for more information or to complete a lease agreement.
