Service Level Agreements

Based off of recommendations presented to the County in the GIS Strategic Business Plan, OIT is creating service level agreements that will outline the support OIT/GIS will give towards all GIS related services.  These service level agreements will formalize the relationship between OIT/GIS and Baltimore County agencies in regards to agency support, database support and application support.
