Baltimore County Metropolitan District Grid System

The Baltimore County Metropolitan District (BCMD) Grid System is a planar grid system whose origin is the Washington Monument in Baltimore City.  The BCMD was used as the primary grid system by Baltimore County until July 1, 1999.  The Maryland Coordinate System  replaced the BCMD.  There is no precise coordinate conversion from the BCMD to the MCS.
