Cadastral (Parcel)
The cadastral dataset is a representation of property boundaries as defined by legal records. The cadastral features captured in the database include parcels, lots, rights-of-ways and subdivision boundaries. Each parcel contains an Account Identifier, which is used to relate to the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxations' Real Property database. This database stores most of the attribute information, such as owner information, legal descriptions, improvement, valuation and transactional information along with other data pertinent to tax administration. The database includes 117 cadastral map tiles.
