Order GIS Data
Baltimore County Geographical Information Systems (GIS) provides maps, data, and services to the public. GIS data can be obtained as either countywide data layers or by Baltimore County grid tile coverage. Data available includes Planimetric, Topographic, Cadastral, Orthophoto, LiDAR, and base data layers. Refer to the pricing list (PDF) for more details.
All customers obtaining data are required to sign a license agreement.
The County’s My Neighborhood application may be used to determine the tile coverage for your specific data request.
How to Order Data
Requests are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except holidays.

Provide the following information with your order request:

Standard order requests will be processed within a 24-hour period. All parties requesting data are required to sign a license agreement.
Payment Options
Baltimore County accepts cash, check (made payable to Baltimore County) and Discover credit card.
Data Delivery
Digital data (CD or DVD) orders can be picked up in person or delivered via USPS or Federal Express (FedEx). Orders requiring USPS or FedEx delivery will be processed following the receipt of a signed License agreement and a check made payable to Baltimore County. FedEx requests require a 9-digit account number.
