Membership
The Commission shall consist of fifteen members who shall be appointed by the County Executive in the following manner:
- One member from each councilmanic district who shall be appointed upon recommendation of the county councilperson.
- Eight members shall be appointed without requirements as to district residence and shall reflect the ethnic and minority diversity of the county.
The terms of the members of the Human Relations Commission shall be for two years. Each member shall continue to serve after her/his term until a successor has been appointed. Vacancies in unexpired terms may be filled from time to time by appointment by the County Executive.

The Commission meets the second Wednesday of every month beginning at 6:30 p.m. in Conference Room 118, located on the first floor of the Historic Courthouse, 400 Washington Avenue, Towson, Maryland 21204.
