Activities and Services of the Commission

Activities

In addition to investigating complaints of discrimination, the Commission's activities include:  administering the mediation program, conducting studies and surveys, conducting training workshops, providing technical assistance, sponsoring forums and banquets, co-sponsoring human relations events, responding to hate/bias incidents, participating in activities of other agencies and organizations, working with community groups to address and resolve human relations issues in the community, and developing programs to promote harmony and understanding among all people.
