Outreach & Education Activities

HIV/AIDS outreach provides information and access to services for communities at risk. Baltimore County coordinates activities to increase awareness, understanding and acceptance of HIV/AIDS.

Education is an integral part of HIV/AIDS Services. Trained professionals are available to provide information on all aspects of HIV disease, its treatment and resources. For additional information, call 410-887-AIDS or e-mail secureinfo@baltimorecountymd.gov.

National Observances

National Black AIDS Awareness and Information Day is observed annually on February 7.

National HIV Testing Day is observed annually on June 27.

World AIDS Day is observed annually on December 1.
