HIV Counseling with Rapid Tests CDC (February 2007) - Fundamentals of HIV prevention counseling with rapid HIV tests. Includes tips for communicating the meaning of both negative and preliminary positive rapid test results.

Rapid HIV Antibody Testing During Labor and Delivery for Women of Unknown HIV Status; A Practical Guide and Model Protocol CDC (January 2004) - In an effort to promote increased testing rates, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published a model protocol for incorporating HIV testing into routine prenatal screening, implementing rapid HIV testing at Labor and Delivery, and testing of neonates whose mothers' HIV statuses are unknown.
