MAPS-MD defines uninsured persons as all gray zone consumers with eligibility on June 30, 2002 and Maryland Primary Adult Care Program (PAC) recipients. This includes persons who do not qualify for Maryland Medical Assistance or other forms of health coverage.
Effective July 1, 2002 all uninsured consumers that were authorized with Maryland Health Partners for Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRP) and/or Residential Rehabilitation Programs (RRP) services will continue in service with their current provider and be grant funded by the Mental Hygiene Administration (MHA).
