Administrative Team

The Administrative Team handles complaints and concerns from the public, from consumers and their families as well as providers of service.  County Residents wishing to make a complaint or concern known to our Bureau may contact our office at 410-887-2731. Some complaints can be handled and resolved at the Bureau level while others may need the involvement of such entities as the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's Office of Health Care Quality. 

The Administrative Team also manages the Requests for Proposals (RFP), contracts and budget for the Bureau of Mental Health/ Core Service Agency.

A copy of  the Bureau of Mental Health/Core Service Agency's FY 2004 Plan, the FY 2005 and FY 2006 Comprehensive Plan, with an FY 2006 Plan Update (PDF) is available online for view.  In FY 2005, the Mental Hygiene Administration required a two year plan with an update for FY 2006. The FY 2004 Annual Report can be found online for view as well. Select the appropriate link below to view the section, or sections you are most interested in seeing.
