The PartnersH.I.P. program provides access to affordable quality health care to uninsured/underinsured Baltimore County residents through referral services, community resources, and education programs. Eligibility requirements to apply for this program include the following:

The Application and consent form must be filled out in their entirety and include all supporting documentation. There is no cost for enrollment, case management or coordination. There are fees for insurance and medical care.
