The Medical Assistance Personal Care Program is designed for at-risk Medical Assistance recipients in need of assistance in performing activities of daily living. Providing personal care services to those eligible individuals affords them the opportunity to remain in their home.
The Medical Assistance Transportation Program is funded by the State of Maryland to provide eligible individuals transportation to doctors appointments and other needed medical care and services.
