The Bureau of Long Term Care provides a continuum of services to help keep residents in their home. The services are primarily for disabled adults and senior citizens at risk of long term care placement.

The Bureau of Long Term Care also oversees the PARTNERSH.I.P. a small program that serves the uninsured in seeking medical care.
