Services

  • An assessment is completed by a nurse and/or social worker.
  • A psychiatric consultation is completed for those individuals with mental illness.
  • A psychological evaluation is completed for those individuals with mental retardation.
  • Final determination to address the need for nursing home and/or specialized services is made
by the Mental Hygiene Administration and/or the Developmental Disability Administration.
