Maryland Children's Health Program (MCHP)
Provision of health insurance through Medical Assistance to pregnant women, children, parents, caretaker relatives and non-disabled single adults who meet eligibility requirements. Makes referrals to MCHP Premium Program and to qualified health plans as part of the Affordable Care Act. Provides information, counseling and assistance to Medicare beneficiaries.

Administrative Care Coordination Unit (ACCU):
Assistance to Medicaid recipients to help them gain prompt and appropriate medical coverage through coordination of care and linkage to community resources. For more information, call 410-887-8741.
Provides education and screening services for income and age eligible residents. cancer diagnosis and treatment services may also be available for individuals screened through our program. For more information, call 410-887-3456.
Dental services are available for residents birth through 21 years of age and 60 years or older who do not have any form of dental insurance. Cost is based on a sliding fee scale.
Find out if you are eligible for dental services through the Baltimore County Department of Health Dental Access and Referral Program by calling 410-887-2781. Those who qualify can receive a discounted fee for services provided by private participating general dentists and specialists.
Family Planning Services
Counseling and a full range of family planning and birth control methods are provided. Pregnancy testing and sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment are also available. Fees are based on ability to pay; however, no one will be turned away if they lack funds to pay.
