This program is a joint venture of the Baltimore County Department of Health, Baltimore County Public Schools, Department of Social Services and other private agencies. The program's mission is to support families of children (from birth through 36 months of age) living in Baltimore County who have, or may have, developmental disabilities, delays or special health needs.
Services Provided
Staff meet with and assess each child referred to the program. For each child who is eligible for the program, the staff, working with the family and the family's medical provider, develops an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), describing strengths and needs of the child and family, and how best to meet those needs.
