Behavioral Consultation Clinic
The Behavioral Consultation Clinic is designed to evaluate and treat school-aged children in Baltimore County who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, and learning difficulties associated with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).Who is eligible?
Children who are residents of Baltimore County between the ages of 3–18 years old. There are no insurance restrictions, and children with or without insurance are welcome.
Clinic Hours & Locations
All clinics are open from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. All appointments are by referral only, which should be obtained and completed by the school's nurse, guidance counselor, and/or psychologist.

Who provides this service?
Services at the Behavioral Health Clinic are provided by experienced behavioral and developmental pediatricians, nurse practitioners with specialized training and experience in behavioral pediatrics, licensed psychologists and licensed certified social workers. This program is a component of the School Health Program and collaborates closely with staff from the local school systems.

Developmental Disabilities Program
This program provides free family support, case management, information, referral, and advocacy services to anyone between the ages of birth and 21 years who has a developmental disability and is a resident of Baltimore County.

Lead Poisoning Prevention Program
The Lead Poisoning Prevention Program provides early identification and intervention for children at risk for and exposed to environmental lead. Children with at least one risk factor receive a blood lead screening. Blood lead levels above 10 mcg/dl are case managed to assure that appropriate education, home assessment, nutritional counseling, and medical follow-up are provided in accordance with the blood lead level.

The Well Child Clinic provides the following services. Please note that no acute care or emergency services are provided.

- Hearing Screening
- Lead Test
- Anemia Screening

Who is eligible?
All Baltimore County residents, ages 0-21 are eligible. Please note that fees are based on a sliding scale; however, services will not be denied due to inability to pay.
