These postings of routine dietary and environmental health inspection findings are for informational purposes only. The findings posted are merely a "snap shot in time" reflecting the conditions existing during an inspection performed by the County's Medical Environmental Health Department staff. The findings are as of the date of the inspection. Actual conditions at any establishment may vary from time to time.
A notation that a violation was corrected means either that the establishment (i) corrected the violation during the County's inspection or (ii) provided a written plan acceptable to the County describing the proposed correction measures. The County shall verify that planned corrective measures were undertaken upon the County's next routine inspection.
