A. Call the toll-free Wildlife Damage Hotline. The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) operators can share many options with you. DNR also license wildlife specialists who humanely remove problem wildlife and license all trapping activities in the state. Q. May I keep a wild animal as a pet?
A. It is unlawful to keep a wild animal in Baltimore County for any purpose without a permit approved by the Baltimore County Department of Health Animal Control Division. Q.
