Q. What can I do about squirrels in my attic and other wildlife nuisances?
A. Call the toll-free Wildlife Damage Hotline. The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) operators can share many options with you. DNR also license wildlife specialists who humanely remove problem wildlife and license all trapping activities in the state.
Q. May I keep a wild animal as a pet?
A. It is unlawful to keep a wild animal in Baltimore County for any purpose without a permit approved by the Baltimore County Department of Health Animal Control Division.
Q. Where do I call for rat problems ?
A. Call the Rid Rats Program at 410-887-RATS (7287) to learn more about rodent control and report rat problems or visit the Rid Rats web section.
Q. Where do I call to report a neighboring yard where the owner does not pick up after his pet?
