Crowd Manager Program

The Baltimore County Fire Prevention Code requires the Fire Marshal’s Office to provide crowd manager training to establishments that handle 250 or more occupants at a time. The code requires that businesses delegate one trained crowd manager for every 250 occupants. To register for Crowd Manager training, please fill out this form.
