E-mail ggay@baltimorecountymd.gov The Labor Commissioner of Baltimore County is responsible for representing the County Executive in annual labor negotiations with the six labor unions representing general government employees, conduct grievance hearings and carry out the provisions of the Employee Relations Act. The following contracts are negotiated between the Unions and the County Administration for the period of July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010. The Baltimore County Federation of Public Employees (BCFPE) did not ratify a 2009-2010 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), therefore the 2008-2009 MOU is being honored and is posted. (PDF)
This contract covers pay schedule I employees. The pay schedule includes classifications such as Correctional Officer, Emergency Communications Technician I and II, Highways Crew Chief, Forensic Services Technician I and II and others.
