NPDES – National Pollution Discharge Elimination System

Archived Annual Reports

Rain and the pollution carried in the runoff are the focus of the NPDES program.

The NPDES program requires urban jurisdictions, such as Baltimore County, to have a discharge permit for their storm drain pipes.  Baltimore County prepares an annual report of stormwater related programs and projects targeted to reduce water quality pollution.  Below is a list of reports that are available to view.  Previous reports are available at DEPRM's office.  These reports are completed annually and have valuable information related to the monitoring and management of our watersheds.
