The Department of Environmental Protection and Resource Management periodically receives requests for environmental administrative variances to Baltimore County Code Sections: 33-2-205 (Chesapeake Bay Critical Area), 33-3-106 (Forest Buffer), 33-4-113 (Stormwater Management) and 33-6-116 (Forest Conservation). The Department is authorized to grant or deny these requests.
The Department publishes a list of the environmental administrative variance requests along with their status (pending, approved, denied, closed by DEPRM, withdrawn by applicant). The requests are listed by County Council District.
