The Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability (EPS) publishes lists of requests for environmental administrative variances and their status for all County Council Districts. These are the requests for County Council District 7 and are listed below in chronological order.

In this redevelopment project, the required 50% reduction of impervious surfaces could not be achieved, therefore, a SWM variance is approved for 871 square feet
