Archived Annual Reports
The NPDES program requires urban jurisdictions, such as Baltimore County, to have a discharge permit for their storm drain pipes. Baltimore County prepares an annual report of stormwater related programs and projects targeted to reduce water quality pollution. The report below was completed in 2008 and summarizes programs and data from 2007. The current annual report is also available for download.

Data includes storm event and baseflow chemical monitoring, continuous discharge and temperature monitoring, stream geomorphological monitoring and biological monitoring and submerged aquatic vegetation monitoring. - Section 10 - BMP Pollutant Load Reductions (PDF)
Compiles the pollutant load reductions resulting from all the management programs. - Section 11 - Permit Administration, Legal Authority, and Fiscal Analysis (PDF)
