The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program requires urban jurisdictions, such as Baltimore County, to have a discharge permit for their storm drain pipes. Baltimore County prepares an annual report of stormwater related programs and projects targeted to reduce water quality pollution.
Below is a list of reports that are available to view. Previous reports are available at the Environmental Protection and Sustainability (EPS) office. These reports are completed annually and have valuable information related to the monitoring and management of our watersheds.
