The Waste Management Program is responsible for regulating the proper disposal of solid and hazardous wastes in Baltimore County. The Waste Management Program reviews permit applications for razings (building demolition), interior alternations, and open burnings, and regulates local trash haulers, recycling facilities, and landfills. Waste Management also responds to citizen inquiries related to the proper disposal and/or recycling of wastes, chemicals and petroleum products.
