The Notary Public Application requires legislative and election district information, as well as the name of your state senator. This information is based on your address. Find your district information using the Polling Place Locator. After filling in your address information, the locator will indicate your legislative district, election district and precinct. Using your legislative district number, go to the Elected Officials page to find the state senator who represents your legislative district.
