Sparrows Point-Dundalk is a business community with deep roots and a proud industrial tradition. It is strategically located with efficient transportation access, via I-95, I-695, I-895, railroads and the Port of Baltimore.

Tradepoint Atlantic (TPA) is the largest privately-owned industrial site and terminal on the east coast. The 3,100 acre site is a gateway to markets around the U.S. and the world, featuring access to deep water berths, two class I freight railroads and interstate highways. TPA’s unique industrial site will be called home by key logistics, manufacturing and distribution companies. First tenants include FedEx Ground, Pasha Automotive Services processing and a Harley Davidson motorcycle training center. TPA tenants are estimated to produce 10,000 new jobs by 2026.
