Baltimore County's Commercial Revitalization Program provides low-interest loans , free architectural services, and tax credits to improve and maintain older commercial areas of the County. A three-person team works with businesses, community and business organizations to encourage new investment in these established communities. In addition the County has launched a marketing campaign to enocourage shoppers to Re Discover Your Neighborhood Downtown.
