Baltimore County's 13 Commercial Revitalization Districts are defined boundaries, designated by the Baltimore County Council. Incentives including low interest loans, tax credits, architectural services, streetscape improvements, grants for district-wide improvements, and regulatory assistance are available.
This page offers several ways to determine if a property is located in a Commerical Revitlization District, or simply get a map.
Commercial Revitalization allows users to:
- Determine whether a specific property is located within a district create custom printable maps of properties with District boundaries, aerials, and roads search for properties and owner information to find properties to purchase
