Baltimore County's 13 Commercial Revitalization Districts are defined boundaries, designated by the Baltimore County Council.  Incentives including low interest loans, tax credits, architectural services, streetscape improvements, grants for district-wide improvements, and regulatory assistance are available.

This page offers several ways to determine if a property is located in a Commercial Revitalization District, or simply get a map.
