Towson, Md. (May 9, 2008) The Baltimore County Executive’s Regional Advisory Board for Business and Education is sponsoring a free business forum titled “Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce” on Thursday, June 5, 2008, 7:30 – 10:30 a.m. at the Towson University Center for the Arts. Neil Howe, a nationally known speaker and best selling co-author of books including Generations and Millennials Rising, will address some of the challenges and opportunities for employers presented by multiple generations in today’s workforce.
