From the Jones Falls Expressway

Merge onto I-83N / Jones Falls Expressway.
Merge onto I-695-E / Baltimore Beltway Inner Loop toward Towson / York, PA.
Take Exit 26A toward MD-45 S / York Road / Towson.
Turn left onto West Road. At the traffic signal, turn right onto York Road / MD-45.
Turn right onto Bosley Avenue.
The Correctional facility will be on your right.
Turn right into facility driveway, bear to the left, pass lobby entrance, and proceed to underground garage by turning left onto ramp and proceeding to visiting parking.

From Northern Baltimore County / PA

Merge onto I-83 S toward Baltimore. 
Merge onto I-695 E / Baltimore Beltway Inner Loop via the exit on the left toward Towson / New York. 
Take Exit 26A toward MD-45 S / York Road / Towson. 
Turn left onto West Road. At the traffic signal, turn right onto York Road / MD-45. 
Turn right onto Bosley Avenue. The Correctional facility will be on your right.
Turn right into facility driveway, bear to the left, pass lobby entrance, and proceed to underground garage by turning left onto ramp and proceeding to visiting parking.

From I 695 East (which is Essex and Middle River areas)

Merge onto I-695 W / Baltimore Beltway Outer Loop toward Towson. 
Take the MD-45 S Exit (Exit 26). Turn left onto MD-45 / York Road.  
Turn right onto Bosley Avenue. The Correctional facility will be on your right.
Turn right into facility driveway, bear to the left, pass lobby entrance, and proceed to underground garage by turning left onto ramp and proceeding to visiting parking.

From Reisterstown Road / MD-140 W

Merge onto I-695 E / Baltimore Beltway Inner Loop toward Towson. 
Take Exit 26A toward MD-45 S / York Road / Towson. 
Turn left onto West Road. At the traffic signal, turn right onto York Road / MD-45. Turn right onto Bosley Avenue. The Correctional facility will be on your right.
Turn right into facility driveway, bear to the left, pass lobby entrance, and proceed to underground garage by turning left onto ramp and proceeding to visiting parking.

Visitor parking is provided in the facility’s underground parking garage. After turning right into the facility off of Bosley Avenue, bear to the left, go past the lobby entrance, and proceed to the underground garage by turning left onto the ramp that leads to underground parking. Please park at designated visitor parking spaces only. To enter the facility from the garage, use the Visitor Elevator and take it to the Lobby (3^rd level).

Parking Regulations

Be advised that parking beyond the area marked Staff Parking is not permitted. Visitors parking in the staff area will be ticketed. Parking on Kenilworth Avenue is by permit only for department staff between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Visitors parking on Kenilworth between those hours will be ticketed. Be advised that smoking is not permitted in the garage, outside or inside the lobby area, or anywhere on the facility’s offices or grounds.
