The Office of Planning will continue its Fall 2006 Speaker Series with a discussion on transit oriented design. The series will feature Paul Morris, the principal for PB Placemaking in Washington D.C., who will speak on the topic of "New Vitality for Older Communities." The dialogue will be held on Thursday, November 2 at the County Courts Building, Room 407, 401 Bosley Avenue in Towson (enter from the Courthouse Plaza).

The Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks has scheduled a community meeting to seek input regarding site renovations at Battle Acre Monument Park. The Department welcomes input from all community members and residents.
