Chesapeake Avenue in Towson. The focus of the hearing is to establish a reasonable and consistent process for the Planning Board to hear, consider, and act upon Planned Unit Developments, authorized by Section 32-4-245 (c)(1), of the Baltimore County Code, 2003. Baltimore County is investing $1.2 million to rehabilitate the Bletzer Road Sewage Pumping Station, located between 695 and Back River. County Engineers began replacing and upgrading 5,000 feet of 80-year-old water main in North Point Boulevard at the end of June. An old 12-inch line is being replaced with a new 20-inch water main, which, say engineers, will improve fire protection in the Edgemere Peninsula.
