The Baltimore County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the Brandywine Planned Unit Development (PUD), PDM No. XIV-472. The Brandywine PUD is located on 7.44 acres in the 6th Councilmanic District on the E/S of Kenwood Avenue at the NE corner of Delegge Road. The PUD calls for 72 residential townhouse units. County Engineers began replacing and upgrading 5000 feet of 80 year-old water main in North Point Boulevard at the end of June. An old 12-inch line will be replaced with a new 20-inch water main, which, say engineers, will improve fire protection in the Edgemere Peninsula. The project will cost $1.5 million.
