The Baltimore County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Procedures on Thursday, September 3 at 5 p.m. in the Jefferson Building, Room 104, 105 W. Chesapeake Avenue in Towson. The focus of the hearing is to establish a reasonable and consistent process for the Planning Board to hear, consider, and act upon Planned Unit Developments, authorized by Section 32-4-245 (c)(1), of the Baltimore County Code, 2003. Written comments may be sent to Arnold F. 'Pat' Keller, III, Secretary to the Board, Office of Planning, 105 W. Chesapeake Ave., Suite 101, Towson, MD 21204.
