EPS Variances

Traffic Calming on Langrehr Road

Langrehr Road in Milford Mill qualified for traffic calming measures. Speed humps will be installed this summer.

Dolfield Boulevard

Dolfield Boulevard, from Interstate-795 to Reisterstown Road, is under construction. The new, four-lane, divided highway, which includes sidewalks, will connect Reisterstown Road with Red Run Boulevard and the Owings Mills Town Center. The $6.5 million project will be more than a half-mile long and is expected to be open to traffic in September.

Owings Mills Boulevard

Owings Mills Boulevard South, Phase II, which connects Winands Road to Liberty Road, will be under construction this summer.

Sewers

Public Works will invest $1.3 million to improve the Carroll Avenue Pumping Station in Owings Mills this year. Renovations, which began in late January, are expected to be completed by February 2014. The improvements include new pumps.
