Notice of Public Hearing - Regulation of Police Initiated Towing Location: All Council Districts The Director of the Department of Permits & Development Management will hold a public hearing in Towson, Maryland on proposed regulations that apply to persons applying for and maintaining a Baltimore County Police-Initiated Towing License. Written comments referencing the proposed regulations shall be mailed or delivered to Room 105, County Office Building, 111 W.
